Welcoming the Guest - Ms. Sheetal Kumari

Mr. Abhirama Krishna advised the students to follow certain basic guidelines and rules in their lives, so as to cultivate and develop good Personality Traits, which will help them to rise to the expectations of the Corporate and become successful global leaders.

Firstly, the students to look at the “Big Picture” in whatever they do. This will help them to understand the relationship between what they do and the goals of the entire organization.

All students should remember that the Attitude, Skill and Knowledge, in that order, are critical for success in life. Positive Attitude and sound value systems are the foundation for one’s professional career. In today’s fast changing age, it is important that students should be innovative without compromising on speed.

In order to build the ability to ‘Cope with stress in professional and personal life ’, all students should cultivate hobbies, which are the best ‘Stress Busters’ that energize the stressed minds.

Business Communication skills are critical, as managers spend most of their time in communicating with other employees and customers. Mr Abhirama Krishna appreciated Cygmax for making Soft Skills as a compulsory subject for all the semesters, as soft skills training will go along way in building careers for the students.

He added that students should explore and gain knowledge, going ‘beyond text books and the Curriculum’. It is equally important for the students to leverage the Live Projects to hone skills – ability to apply knowledge in real life situations.
